- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Wow! I had an experience at H&R Block today. A bad experience! First off the nice lady that was assisting me with my taxes was very hard to understand. She continually spoke in what I can only call Spanglish. Now this was only a factor because I had many questions that another Rep had to come translate for the two of us to communicate. My questions were not answered to my liking and hind sight being 20/20 I should have walked out. I WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN! EVER!!! There are to many other options for this kind of customer service to be tolerated. I would suggest you look somewhere else for your tax needs.
